Partnership (the essentials of membership)

Last Sunday, we celebrated 38 new members with a special luncheon in their honor.   It is so cool to see people taking that step of commitment (in a world that is no longer commitment-friendly) – we love it!!

In many ways, partnering with Connection Church is a brave step.  Its digging your heals in the dirt at 3855 Sheldon Rd and saying, “It’s not about me — its about we.”    Its a beautiful thing when our focus goes from being inward to outward.     I noticed an enormous change in my own life when I started to make myself available and do my part to help our church thrive.

So, what are you waiting for?   The next partnership class is on Saturday, November 22 at 9am – 1215pm.  Shoot me an email tami@connectionchurch.info  to register.    Childcare (ages 3- 11) and  homemade buttery goodness will be served that morning.

Don’t take my word for it…check out what some of our new members had to say…
