Youth: Enter Mission

Fourteen students and six adults were woken up in the middle of the night  last night to board a plane to New Mexico for a missions trip to the Navajo Nation.  They will be living on a reservation for a week.  Some will do construction and some will create a Vacation Bible School for the children there.   No doubt,  lives will be changed.   God has a habit of doing that. 🙂

“What I’m praying for most is that our students will receive their call during this trip.   That they’ll know if they are called into missions,  youth ministry, teaching — to have a clearer vision of their calling.  That is  my personal prayer for them. ”  Patrick Webb, our JR. High Director shared with us on Wednesday evening.

Pastor Rocky called the Missions Team up and they were prayed for and commissioned to go.    We are excited to see their lives changed.   One Dad shared this week,  “I can’t wait for my son to go see other teens who have no idea what its like to own an xbox.”
